Stir 1 Benefiber stick pack into 4-8 oz of any beverage (not recommend for carbonanted beverages) or soft food (hot or cold). Stir well until dissolved (up to 60 seconds). Age 12 Yrs and Above: 1 stick pack servings. 3 times daily; Age 6 to 11 yrs: 1/2 stick pack servings; 3 times daily. Under 6 Years: Ask your doctor. Store at controlled room temperature 20 degrees - 25 degrees C (68 degrees - 77 degrees F). Protect from moisture.
